The day we installed the show
The article about the exhibition was in the paper yesterday and my mother was very pleased with it. This is my copy of the watercolor my mom did of our old dog Nora and I , she had an obsession with retrieving.
I have never been interviewed before. It was an interesting experience. We did it by phone and Liz asked really good questions. She also interviewed my mother and our picture and the interviews should be in the Courier this Week!
Now I know it’s just a local (my home town) paper , but as an artist you have to start somewhere! So now the show is at the half way point, so it’s time to get back into the work room and create, instead of sitting here typing!
I hope everyone gets a chance to see the show, my mother’s work is awesome and I am very proud to have been asked by her to do the show.
