So what did you do for Earth Day? I went to the grocery store and tried not to buy anything that was overly processed or packaged and brought my own plastic bags for produce or used no plastic bags at all. It’s amazing how much waste there is. But we aren’t use to buying raw items in bulk anymore and most people don’t know what to do with them or maybe that is my cynical opinion. Let me know what you think! Do you cook or bake from scratch? Do you go to farmers markets or local farms regularly?
