Drawing Daily
July 4th, 2011Since I have been working in Maine, I have been trying to sketch daily. I have been surprised and pleased with what I have produced. The suggestion to draw daily came from the DVD: Teach you Art Quilting basics by Jane Davila and Ellen Waterston. I am weak when it comes to design and overall concept. So I bought the DVD and was inspired to draw again. I took a year of drawing in high school and had a really good teacher. I just didn’t keep it up and as with many things, if you don’t use it , you lose it. I have been drawing objects that are not in motion and only outline people if they are in the picture. So on I go!
